Stuart Chase McGrath, 28, is charged with indecency with a child. According to court documents, McGrath became good friends with the victim's parents, so much so that the 12-year-old boy and his sister would go over to McGrath's Webster residence to spend the night during the summer of 2010. The boy told investigators that he would sleep on the living room couch with McGrath while his sister slept in the bedroom with McGrath's wife.
Court documents state the boy says McGrath would inappropriately touch him during the night on a few different occasions, beginning in June 2010.
The 12-year-old said he did not tell anyone about what McGrath allegedly did to him for two years.
