Miguel Facundo Rodriguez, 75, of Rosharon was last seen by a neighbor around 6pm Sunday near his home. Rodriguez's family says he's diagnosed with dementia, which leads to bouts of confusion.
A Silver Alert was issued for Rodriguez yesterday. If you've seen him, you're asked to contact local law enforcement.
