Harris Co. Precinct 5 Constables Office say a deputy tried to pull the driver over on a traffic stop, but he refused to pull over. After a nearly 10-minute pursuit, the driver eventually struck an AT&T truck and bailed out of his vehicle near Beechnut and Highway 59. Deputies say he was captured a few minutes later.
The suspect was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
