Cadarrianne Branch, 20, is charged with endangering a child. According to court documents, on June 28 Branch stole a baseball cap from West Oaks Mall, ran out to an apartment complex, and threw a stroller over the fence. Branch's 1-year-old child was in that stroller.
Branch then allegedly dragged the baby by its arm into an apartment. He was arrested the same day.
He appeared in court on Monday. Bond was set at $5,000.
