It happened on Little York near Fairbanks. Deputies say two drivers got into a fight after an accident. The two apparently started arguing and soon afterwards, the driver who was hit left.
Authorities say the other driver chased him down and then sprayed him with pepper spray. That's when deputies say the driver who was hit pulled out a gun and shot the other driver twice.
We're told the shooting victim is expected to survive.
