An officer was driving through the Rodeo Square apartments in west Houston earlier this morning when he saw a man walking through the parking lot. Police say the man saw the officer and started running. The officer called for backup.
Police eventually caught the man with the help of a K-9 unit. The suspect didn't have anything on him or any warrants for his arrest. He's still being charged with felony evading.
