The businesses are called "Lily" on Winrock near Westheimer and "Golden Paradise" on Highway 6 near Memorial. According to court documents, Paula Park owns the businesses, but Robert Lee opened them in his name.
Court documents allege a vice officer paid for oral sex at Lily.
Both are charged with aggravated promotion of prostitution. Lee has not yet been arrested.
