Today, Girl Scouts troops here in Houston are celebrating the day by delivering gift baskets to Ben Taub for all the newborn baby girls, or as they like to say, future Girl Scouts.
The gift baskets are complete with hand-made cards, baby essentials and tiny Girl Scout gear.
They join scouts all across the country doing the same thing. Right now, there are about 2.3 million girl scouts enrolled nationwide.
