Investigators from Brenham say they've been watching the four for more than a year. They say Monday morning they caught them stealing rims in a northwest Harris County neighborhood. That led to a chase. The suspects were all caught near 34th and Mangum.
Investigators say the men are linked to thefts all across southeast Texas, including ones in Fort Bend County, Navasota and Hempstead.
