Hassan Odukage, 55, is charged with indecency with a child. Court documents state on November 20, Odukage exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl at a Houston area store. He was taken into custody that day.
Odukage, a ship worker, is from another country and his bond has been raised to $30,000 in this case.
