The ambulance went through a red light on the East Freeway feeder and Sheldon with its lights and sirens on. A Dodge Charger hit the ambulance which flipped on its side.
A mother and her two children were in the Charger and they suffered minor injuries. Three crewmembers were the only people in the ambulance. They also suffered minor injuries.
The mother will probably be ticketed.
