Houston Restaurant Weeks brings charity to the table, providing diners with the opportunity to indulge in extraordinary fare at a reasonable price, while helping a local charity.
The event begins Monday and runs through August 31.
Established in 2003, the event has raised more than $900,000 to date to fight hunger in Houston.
All participating restaurants offer a three-course gourmet dinner for $35 per person, excluding beverages, tax and gratuity.
Participating restaurants will donate $5 from each special dinner sold to the Houston Food Bank.
In addition to the dinner menu, select restaurants will offer a $20 two-course lunch menu, donating $3 of each lunch sold to the Houston Food Bank.
