Police say they originally spotted the pair driving around after breaking into people's cars. They found a car stereo and a lot of other people's stuff in the suspect's vehicle, which also turned out to be stolen.
Suspected thieves lead police on chase
HOUSTON
It ended with the two teenagers being arrested near east 4th Street and Cortlandt. A K-9 team helped with the search which caught both suspects just before 5am.
