Police say the driver was speeding down the freeway when he lost control.
The truck rolled several times in the embankment before coming to a stop on the feeder road.
Both the driver and passenger were ejected from the truck.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other was taken to the hospital where he later died.
