Boy, 4, nearly drowns at apartment complex pool

HOUSTON It happened at the Pine Lake apartments on Greens Parkway near Sharmon. The boy managed to slip away from his mom who later discovered him under the water. The mom pulled him out and rescuers were able to resuscitate the boy.

He was taken to the hospital and was listed in serious condition.
