Senior prank: 8 Brownsville students face charges

BROWNSVILLE, TX Brownsville Independent School District spokeswoman Drue Brown says the incident happened several hours before the last day of classes began Thursday at Porter High School.

Police say the teens are accused of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Conviction on the Class C misdemeanors is punishable by a fine of up to $500.

Brown says school officials will consider whether the eight seniors should be barred from taking part in Saturday's graduation ceremony.
