His wife, 38-year-old Sharon Lee Anderson, pleaded guilty last month to permitting the production of child pornography. She'll be sentenced July 18.
Both could get up to 30 years in prison.
The Andersons were living in Ennis, Texas, when investigators say they apparently learned they were sought over the sexual exploitation of a 5-year-old girl. The couple fled to Las Vegas, where they were arrested March 24.
Further details on the victim were not released.
