Arm's Reach recalls infant bedside sleepers

LOS ANGELES

The sleeper from Arm's Reach Concepts Inc. was sold at Burlington Coat Factory, Babies R Us and other retail stores from September 1997 through December 2001.

There have been reports of infants getting trapped between the mattress and the side of the sleeper, but so far, there have been no reported injuries.

The sleeper, also called a co-sleeper, is a free-standing bassinet that attaches next to an adult bed, allowing the parent to be in arm's reach of baby during sleep.

For more information on the recall, call the company at (800) 954-9353, or visit the website www.armsreach.com.
