With another season coming to a close without a post-season berth, speculation has begun as to who could be on the chopping block on the Texans coaching staff. The latest rumors have head coach Gary Kubiak keeping his job and former Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips replacing Frank Bush as defensive coordinator.

This comes as Wade's father, former Oilers Coach Bum Phillips, attended practice before going out to eat with Texans owner Bob McNair.

The Texans play their final game of the season on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Kickoff is at 3:15pm at Reliant Stadium.
