Fire destroys northeast Houston home

HOUSTON It broke out at a home on Lumber and Hirsch in northeast Houston. Fire crews had to go into defensive mode when they arrived before it was simply too dangerous. After about half an hour, they were able to knock it out and started their investigation.

There were no injuries. Arson investigators are looking into what caused the fire.
