Authorities seek man wanted for assaulting his wife

HOUSTON On July 29, 2009 the victim was at home with her husband Isa Edric Riley. They began arguing and Riley tied his wife up and began hitting in the head with his fists and a gun. Riley pointed the gun at her and threatened to kill her and then himself. Riley kept her all night and assaulted her again the next morning. The victim was able to call a family member for help who called the police. When the police arrived she was able to escape out the front door and run toward them. Riley escaped out the back door.

Riley, 38, is charged with aggravated assault of a family member and warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Riley is a black male about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
