When they tried to arrest the suspect, he bit one of the officers on the finger. Both the officer and the suspect went to the hospital with minor injuries.

It happened on Green Plaza near Fallbrook. Authorities say they wanted to talk with the man after his girlfriend reported he had assaulted her. He tried to get away in his truck, dragging one of the officers, so the police used a Taser on him.
