Bar patron killed while trying to cross FM 1960
HOUSTON
The crash happened around 1am on FM 1960 near Windfern. Sheriff's deputies say a shirtless man was seen coming out of a local bar, chasing a car on foot. He then apparently tried to cross 1960, when he was hit by the SUV. The man died at the scene.
