An Humble gun shop owner will not be going to prison for his connection to the sale of guns stolen from the Cleveland Police Department. Gary Lee received two years' probation and four months home confinement as part of a plea deal.

Federal prosecutors say Lee knowingly received stolen ammunition and firearms.

Prosecutors accuse Liberty County Sheriff's Office Captain Harry Kelley of stealing hundreds of guns and ammunition from the Cleveland Police Department and bartering them to Lee.
