Family sues PV A&M over student's hazing death

HOUSTON The attorney for the family of Donnie Wade the second told us that the family filed the suit. Wade collapsed and died after being forced to run with a group of young men pledging the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity.

The university called the incident hazing and suspended the fraternity until 2013.

The Wade family has already settled a suit with the fraternity.
