The driver of the car who hit them took off but police officers have his license plate number. When authorities track him down, he'll face felony hit and run charges.
Two men pushing disabled car hit by vehicle
HOUSTON
It happened just before 1am on the feeder road going inbound at Mount Houston. Police say two men were pushing a broken down car to the gas station. Another car came up and slammed into them.
One man had at least one leg severed. The other broke his leg.
