Man wanted in fatal shooting of security officer

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX Around 1:20am on August 14, authorities say Fidencio Maravillo Martinez, aka Fidencio Martiez Maravillo, walked into the Taqueria Arandes located at 25598 North Freeway in Spring, Texas. Martinez shot and killed a security officer, Jose Maximino Benitez.

Martinez was last seen getting into a white Chrysler 300. Martinez should be considered armed and dangerous.
