Check forger targeting Targets, Wal-Marts in SE Texas
HOUSTON
Surveillance cameras caught a woman using forged checks at three separate targets. Police don't know if she's the only suspect or if other people are involved.
Investigators say at least 26 forged checks have been written at Targets and Wal-Marts from Galveston to Huntsville.
