Paramedic arrested for possession of child pornography

PEARLAND, TX The Brazoria County Sheriff's Office says it obtained information from the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that child pornography was being downloaded from the internet at an address in Pearland.

The suspect was identified as Lieutenant EMT/Paramedic, Craig M. Wunstel, employed with Lake Jackson Emergency Medical Services.

During a search of Wunstel's residence, an extensive library containing hundreds of video and image computer files were located and seized with other evidence from the property.

Wunstel, 34, is currently in custody at the Brazoria Co. Detention Center with a $15,000 bond.
