Friday, June 11, 2010
GALVESTON, TX City officials say the current ordinance is vague and difficult to enforce because it prohibits "unreasonably loud" noises, but doesn't define unreasonable.

The city is looking at San Antonio as a model. That city is divided into residential, business, industrial and entertainment zones, and each zone has a specific decibel limit.
