Joseph Francois Jean has been charged with the girls' murder. Police say he confessed to setting the fire at the home where their bodies were discovered, one week ago.
Funerals to be held for two slain teenagers

A dual funeral will be held for 17-year old Chelsy Lang and 16-year old Ashley Johnson. Visitation begins at 9am at Memorial Baptist Church, the Sterling Campus.
