His victim described the attack Tuesday morning in front of families from both sides of the case.
She testified that she was alone when he came into her house and began rubbing her legs.
The victim testified that she asked him what he was doing but he never answered. She said she told him to stop, but he didn't.
She reported the assault shortly after. Police found Rodriguez drinking beer on his couch not long after her call.
