The two men were arguing about a vehicle with the Ortega family when they fired into an apartment in July of 2008. The shots hit Velia Ortega who died weeks later from her injuries at the hospital. She was 78 years old.
A third man, Raziel Munoz, pleaded guilty to murder and is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday.
