Alleged drunk driver slams into cop's car

HOUSTON A driver slammed into his patrol car on the East Freeway and Normandy. The officer was blocking the ramp to the freeway due to an earlier accident. The officer was taken to the hospital for observation.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.
