Mistrial declared in cop's trial

HOUSTON The Harris County jury could not decide the guilt or innocence of suspended Officer John Fitzgerald. He stands accused of grabbing a suspect's head and repeatedly slamming it against a curb after a police chase in 2008.

The judge told the defense and prosecution to return to court Monday to see where they go from here.
