Man on phone shot outside his home

HOUSTON It happened off Eagle Creek near Corner Oaks in southwest Houston. He went outside around 11pm Wednesday and when he turned around to go back inside, he was shot once.

He was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition. The suspect hasn't been caught.
