Man found shot to death in parking lot

HOUSTON Houston police officers arrived at the Spring Brook Village apartments around 2:30am off Blalock and Kempwood and found a man who had been shot to death in the parking lot.

After hearing the gunshots, witnesses told police they saw a man walk toward the victim and then take off in a Chrysler 300. The suspect has not been caught.
