It's a no-refusal Fourth of July weekend

HOUSTON Many counties in the area will having their no refusal programs for drunk drivers up and running this holiday weekend.

If you are pulled over for suspected drunk driving, a judge will be on hand to sign a court order forcing you to give blood.
