Woman arrested after girl left in hot car

FRESNO, TX According to Missouri City police, officers were called to a Wal-Mart on State Highway 6 after witnesses reported seeing the girl in the car but were unable to get her out. The girl was reportedly red-faced, flushed, sweating and crying when police got her out of the car, but was unharmed.

Rosa Tellez, 24, was arrested and charged with child endangerment in the incident.
