Couple charged with murder in boy's death

LIBERTY COUNTY, TX Gale and Sheila Muhs were indicted Wednesday on one charge of murder and seven counts of attempted murder in the shooting that happened May 7. Investigators say the Muhs shot at a family as they passed by their home on ATVs.

A seven-year-old boy was killed. His father, sister and a family friend were wounded.
