We will broadcast it live Saturday evening July 4 from 7pm to 10pm on ABC13.
In addition to Clay Walker and other performers, there will be a sand volleyball tournament and a fireworks show touted as the largest land-based show in the country.
Last year's big musical acts included country singers Jo Dee Messina, Miranda Lambert and Sara Evans.
The Independence Day events will all take place at Eleanor Tinsley Park and it's free.
