Jury duty in Ft. Bend canceled due to swine flu

A district court judge requested people stay home to avoid a risk of exposure. Eight of the 10 trial courts in Fort Bend County have jury trial scheduled for today.

Jurors who were supposed to report will be summoned at a future date.
