Dozens of dogs rescued from home

The SPCA tells us the 42 terriers were in a 5 foot by 9 foot trailer in Fayette County. We'll spare you the specifics, but we're told the conditions there were horrible.

The trailer's owner told police the dogs were dying because of the UFOs flying over her home.
