Charges in Cleveland body find

CLEVELAND, TX Saturday night, investigators discovered the body of Dorothy Hey, 60, in a box buried behind the home of daughter Betty Fulton.

Detectives suspect Hey was killed in Louisiana on Tuesday, then brought to Texas on Thursday.

Fulton, her husband, and another man are charged with tampering with evidence.

A daughter in Louisiana, Roseann Clumpp, is charged with second-degree murder.

Investigators have not determined how Hey died and what led to the killing.
