Police surround chase suspect's vehicle

HOUSTON The chase started in Montgomery County and moved into northwest Harris County. It ended at an animal clinic near a school.

After a short standoff, the suspect tried to leave but officers hit him with a Taser and arrested him.

The driver, Dwight Laesser was wanted in Montgomery County for violating a protective order. Deputies say Laesser threatened to kill his soon to be ex-wife and everyone involved in a case against him.

Investigators say so many officers joined the chase because Laesser is quote, "a bad guy."
