Helmetless biker suffers head injury

HOUSTON The accident happened on Maple Branch near Hornbill Court around 2:30am. The motorcyclist lost control of the bike while trying to make a turn. He hit some stones on the road and then crashed into a small wooden structure.

The biker is in a hospital in serious condition with a head injury. Officials say he was not wearing a helmet.
