"Information is they are not related. They may know each other," said Sgt. L.A. Davis with the Harris County Sheriff's Office. "We are still working on that. I don't know that for sure. But several witnesses believe they were speaking to each other."
Authorities arrested Spiller around 6:15am. He was found asleep in his vehicle and was arrested without incident in Lovelady, Texas.
Investigators are traveling to Crockett, Texas to return Spiller to Harris County and process his vehicle for evidence.
