MISSOURI CITY, TX --
A Fort Bend County grand jury returned a capital murder indictment against a Houston man accused of killing two people in a Missouri City home in April. Police think Rodolfo Dominguez shot and killed George Leal, 57, and Norma Garcia, 44. Leal's daughter found the couple dead in Leal's home.
