Workshop topics will range from choreography drills to nutrition. Sessions will also be held to introduce parents to the sport, answer questions, and give families a realistic picture of what life is like for the collegiate synchronized skater.
Skaters of all levels are invited to participate and no previous synchronized skating experience is required.
The Syncronized Skating Day workshops will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2008 from 8am until 2pm. The Sugar Land Ice and Sports Center is located at 16225 Lexington Blvd in Sugar Land. For more information and a registration form, click here.
