LOS ANGELES, CA Berry is standing near a table in
what appears to be a private backyard. Berry's mother is also in
some of the pictures. Berry says the photos were illegally snapped.
And, she wants the paparazzo who took them to face a criminal
charge.
Berry says says the pap trespassed to take the photos of
her and the baby in their private yard. In her statement to The
Associated Press, Berry says she will never sell pictures of her
children.
